In August of 06 I received a letter concerning an alleged debt with Providian from Nelson Watson &Associates. I sent a reply for validation of the debt ( sent certified), I received a reply that that they waiting for the documents, I never heard from them again. In October of 06 it was turned over to Levy $ Associates in Ohio I received the standard collection letter, again I replied asking for validation, no response ever. This month I received a court complaint Levy & Associates filed on me. In the complaint Levy attatched a bogus staement from Arrow that I made a payment in 02, on all cbr's they report 01. I have all documentation letter's and green signature cards back from USPS, do you think I can beat this?
