NCO's attorney:

"With respect to Medclr, Inc., this was an unaffiliated company with which NCO Financial contracted to provide collection services. Medclr was acquired, in part, by a subsidiary of NCO Portfolio Management, Inc, I believe around 2/06. While it appears from the org chart that Medclr may still exists as an entity, I do not believe they any longer have employees."
