Getting Lodestar in Statutory Damage Only Cases

Several cases where essentially full lodestar awards in FDCPA cases that
were statutory damages only.

Morgan v. Credit Adjustment Board, 1998 U.S. Dist. Lexis 8135 (E.D. Va.

Carroll v Wolpoff Abramson 53 F 3d 626 4th Cir
1995, which said that in an FDCPA case with minimal
statutory damages (in this case a $50 award), the
lodestar vitiated toward a reduced fee, and they found
NO abuse of discression in $500 in fees.
