Can the FTC Holder Rule Help You?

FTC Holder Rule

How often have you been asked to help a consumer seek rescission of a sale of a defective consumer product? Probably countless times. With larger ticket items, more often than not, the consumer has a promissory note and payments due which are tied to a credit purchase. Frequently, the lender asserts the right to payment and refuses to consider the consumer’s pleas regarding the defective item. Buyer’s remorse seems to be the battle cry. Worse yet, there are many times when the original seller may be defunct or difficult to pursue. There is another remedy provided by law. The FTC Holder Notice may provide the relief you need.
