Basic tenet of FDCPA is that all consumers, even those who have mismanaged their financial affairs resulting in default on their debt, deserve right to be treated in reasonable and civil manner. Consumer Credit Protection Act, § 802 et seq., as amended, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1692 et seq.
