Debtor sued to recover under the Fair Debt Collection Practices (FDCPA) for debt collector's allegedly improper actions in connection with telephone calls to her place of employment. On debtor's motion for summary judgment, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Ian H. Levin, United States Magistrate Judge, 179 F.Supp.2d 861, granted motion in part, and denied it in part. Appeal was taken.
