Graziano and Aronson cases

Post by David A. Szwak »

A court must evaluate alleged violations of the FDCPA from the perspective of a "least sophisticated consumer." Graziano v. Harrison, 950 F.2d 107, 111 (3d Cir.1991); Russell v. Equifax A.R.S., 74 F.3d 30, 34 (2d Cir.1996); Aronson v. Commercial Financial Services, Inc., Not Reported in F.Supp., 1997 WL 1038818 [W.D.Pa. 1997].
