*1 Before the Court is the motion of defendants Wolpoff & Abramson, L.L.P., Ronald M. Abramson, Esq., Jennifer L. Anthony, Esq. and Neal J. Levitsky, Esq. for partial dismissal of Plaintiffs' Complaint (Doc. 9). Plaintiffs have filed an opposition to the motion (Doc. 13), to which the defendants have replied (Doc. 15).


Background

Plaintiffs Lamb and Hanley brought this action under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et. seq., and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, R.C. § 1345.01 et seq.
