Brown v. Card Serv. Ctr. (09/29/06 - No. 05-4160)
Dismissal of suit, claiming that defendant's
collection letter violates the Fair Debt Collection
Practices Act's ban on false, misleading or deceptive
communications, is vacated as the facts pled by
plaintiff, if proven, state a claim upon which a court
might grant relief.
