To rebut defendants' contention that the debt is not subject to the FDCPA because the subject of the leases were vehicles and equipment for use by the business; that is, they were not consumer debts, plaintiffs rely on Sluys v. Hand, 831 F.Supp. 321, 323 (S.D.N.Y.1993). Beside an issue of personal jurisdiction, the court in Sluys focused on the question of whether an attorney who was a solo practitioner was a “debt collector,â€
