To rebut defendants' contention that the debt is not subject to the FDCPA because the subject of the leases were vehicles and equipment for use by the business; that is, they were not consumer debts, plaintiffs rely on Sluys v. Hand, 831 F.Supp. 321, 323 (S.D.N.Y.1993).
