I have won several cases based on Heinz v Jenkins. All of the Lawyers have failed in their attempts to claim privilage since Congress in 1986 abolished all rights of privilage once afforded Attorneys who collected debts.

I am currently fighting a suit brought by an Attorney who for some unknown reason still thinks that he can take legal action against some one who has received a 1099-C from a creditor.
